Any artwork/content supplied to Citadel Services by the customer must be either copyright/royalty free or the customer MUST supply written proof that the use of copyright material has been granted or that the appropriate royalty/copyright fee has been paid. At the customers behest Citadel Services will on behalf of the customer obtain the necessary copyright/royalty permissions, any fees subsequently incurred will be payable by the customer to Citadel Services in addition to any fees previously agreed between Citadel Services and the customer.
